how the online shop purchases work
Once you have made your course purchase, if you have paid for the course upfront, we will contact you to arrange allocating you some log in details for the e-portfolio.
You will be assigned an assessor who will guide you through your qualification and be a source of support for you. If you have agreed to make ‘offline’ payments,
we will discuss payment plans with you then continue to establish your assessor and log in details in preparation to getting you started.
We use ‘Onefile’, an excellent and highly rated e-portfolio system that will enable you to communicate with your assessor and complete your required tasks,
online. This software also offers a smart application that can be used on phones and tablets and is user friendly.
